S18UBAQ-72256 Description
Banner Engineering S18UBAQ-72256 is an ultrasonic distance sensor from the S18U straight series, featuring a time-of-flight system with TEACH mode for precise distance measurement. This sensor is housed in a thermoplastic material and comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C. The S18UBAQ-72256 is designed with an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape allows for straightforward mounting, and it features a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for connectivity. With a sensing distance of 30 to 300mm and a 300kHz transmission frequency, this sensor is also equipped with protection functions against short-circuits, and it has an M18 thread size for compatibility with standard fittings.
