S18UBAQ-20610 Description
Banner Engineering S18UBAQ-20610 is an ultrasonic distance sensor from the S18U straight series, featuring a time-of-flight system with modified response speed and TEACH mode for precise distance measurement. This sensor is housed in a thermoplastic material and comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy integration. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C. The S18UBAQ-20610 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, making it suitable for challenging environments. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape allows for straightforward mounting, and it features a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for connectivity. With a sensing distance range of 30 to 300mm and a 300kHz transmission frequency, this sensor is designed for accurate distance sensing. Additionally, it includes protection functions against short-circuits and has an M18 thread size for installation.
