S18SP6FF100QP Description
Banner Engineering S18SP6FF100QP is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S18 DC series, featuring a background suppression system. This sensor is housed in thermoplastic with an acrylic lens and is designed with an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P. The S18SP6FF100QP has a sensing distance of 100mm and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. It features a digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), a response time of 3ms / 0.003 s, and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
