S18SN6LP W/30 Description
Banner Engineering S18SN6LP W/30 is a polarized photo-electric sensor from the S18 DC series, designed in a retro-reflective mode. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC), and provides a sensing distance of up to 2m. It emits visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm and has a quick response time of 3ms / 0.003 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a thread size of M18.
