S18AW3D W/30 Description
Banner Engineering S18AW3D W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the S18 AC series, designed in a diffuse mode with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage range of 20Vac-250Vac, with nominal voltages of 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac. The sensor can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environments. It features a cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with an M18 thread size. The S18AW3D W/30 provides one digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type), has a sensing distance of 100mm, and uses infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm. Its response time is 16ms / 0.016 s, and it operates in a Light-ON mode.
