S186ELD Description

Banner Engineering S186ELD is a Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the S186ELD series. It features a thermoplastic housing with a polycarbonate lens and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The S186ELD offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, ensuring its durability in various environmental conditions. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation. The sensor emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and has an M18 thread size for mounting.
