R55FPB Description
Banner Engineering R55FPB is an amplifier for sensor applications, specifically designed for color contrast fib. optic sensor amplification within the R55F series. This part features a DIN rail mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It is equipped with TEACH mode functionality for glass fiber optimization and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for connectivity. The R55FPB boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The amplifier has a rectangular shape and is constructed from a thermoplastic housing. It offers a sensing distance of 28mm and utilizes visible blue light for its sensing operations. Additionally, it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for signal processing.
