Banner Engineering R55ECW2Q is a color registration mark sensor from the R55 Expert series, designed for precise detection in automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and features a convergent mode with perpendicular sensing and TEACH mode for adaptable configuration. It is equipped with a 6-pin Euro-style M12 connector for straightforward installation. The sensor boasts an IP67 and NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The R55ECW2Q has a rectangular shape with a die-cast Zinc alloy housing and an Acrylic lens, ensuring robustness. It offers a sensing distance of 10mm and utilizes visible white light (450-650 nm wavelength) for detection, supporting both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for versatile connectivity options.
