QT50R-EU-AFSQ Description
Banner Engineering QT50R-EU-AFSQ is a collision-avoidance adjustable-field radar sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +65°C and features a time-of-flight system that is approved for use in Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. As part of the QT50R-AF2 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Its rectangular shape is constructed from ABS and Polycarbonate (PC) housing, ensuring durability. The QT50R-EU-AFSQ has a sensing distance of 2 to 3.5 meters and features both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) operating modes. It includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, enhancing its operational reliability.
