QT50R-EU-AF2Q Description
Banner Engineering QT50R-EU-AF2Q is a dual-zone collision-avoidance adjustable-field radar sensor designed for a wide range of applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +65°C and features a time-of-flight system that is approved for use in Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan. This sensor is equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. Part of the QT50R-AF2 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It has a rectangular shape and is constructed from ABS/Polycarbonate (PC) housing, ensuring durability. The sensing distance ranges from 2 to 24 meters, and it supports both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) operating modes. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (PNP/NPN transistor) and includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, enhancing its operational reliability.
