QMH26VPLP-5M Description
Banner Engineering QMH26VPLP-5M is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications, featuring a retro-reflective mode that is FDA compliant, suitable for washdown environments with its hygienic shape. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +70°C and is encased in a stainless steel housing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 5-meter cable that terminates in bare end flying leads for easy installation. The QMH26 series sensor offers a sensing distance of up to 3 meters and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 620 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for increased application flexibility. The device is equipped with one digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and boasts a rapid response time of 0.5ms. With a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal) and a high degree of protection rated at IP69K, this rectangular-shaped sensor is designed to meet the demands of challenging industrial environments.
