Banner Engineering Q60VR3LAF2000QP-78989 is an adjustable-field Class 2 laser photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection with a sensing distance of 20cm to 2m. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +45°C and features a background suppression system with screw adjustment for fine-tuning. This sensor is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, measuring 75 mm in height, 25 mm in width, and 60 mm in depth. It is equipped with a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. The Q60LAF series sensor supports a supply voltage range of 24Vac-250Vac (200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc nominal), ensuring compatibility with various power supplies. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor emits a visible class 2 red laser light and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. It provides a digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms (0.015 s), facilitating quick and efficient operation.
