Q60VR3AFV1000 Description
Banner Engineering Q60VR3AFV1000 is an adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed with a background suppression system and screw adjustment for precise operation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C and features a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable with bare end flying leads for connectivity. This sensor supports a supply voltage range of 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc nominal), accommodating various power systems. It belongs to the Q60AFV series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in challenging environments. The sensor's thermoplastic housing and acrylic lens are built to last, with dimensions of 75mm in height, 25mm in width, and 60mm in depth. It can detect objects within a sensing distance of 20cm to 1m using visible red light. Additionally, it features a rectangular shape, operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, includes 1 x digital output (SPDT relay contact), and boasts a quick response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
