Q5XKLAF2000-Q8 Description
Banner Engineering Q5XKLAF2000-Q8 is a Class 2 laser adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C and features a background/foreground suppression system with dual discrete output and IO Link TEACH mode for enhanced functionality. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and is part of the Q5X series. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environments. The supply voltage requirement ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The Q5XKLAF2000-Q8 has a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) window for durability. It utilizes the IO-Link communication protocol for efficient data exchange. The sensing distance spans from 9.5cm to 2m, and it emits a visible class 2 red laser with a wavelength of 650 nm.
