Banner Engineering Q45VR3FP-19429 is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M30 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and incorporates a potentiometer adjustment 45LM58D, with a PIT46U included for precise control. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy connection. It supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac as nominal values) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc as nominal values), ensuring compatibility with various power supplies. The Q45VR3FP-19429 belongs to the Q45VR3 series and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with plastic fiber, ensuring durability. It offers an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection against ingress, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm for detection purposes and features a single digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 s, enabling quick and reliable sensing operations.
