Banner Engineering Q25SP6FF100 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed with a background suppression system. It features an M18 threaded mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Q25 DC series and offers a high degree of protection rated at IP69K NEMA 6P, suitable for demanding environments. It is powered by a supply voltage ranging from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The Q25SP6FF100 has a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It is capable of sensing objects up to 100mm away and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm. This sensor operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes and includes a digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) with a quick response time of 3ms. It is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy connection.
