Q20PAF200 W/30 Description
Banner Engineering Q20PAF200 W/30 is an adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 °C and features a background suppression system with potentiometer adjustment for precise sensing. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. The Q20 series sensor is housed in a thermoplastic casing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, offering a sensing distance of 30mm to 200mm. It emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 632 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. This sensor is equipped with a single digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a quick response time of 2.8ms. It is designed to work with a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is protected against ingress with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, making it suitable for challenging environments.
