Q20NDLQ5 Description
Banner Engineering Q20NDLQ5 is a long-range photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and features a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy installation. The Q20NDLQ5, part of the Q20 series, offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for challenging environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc being nominal. The sensor's rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing, providing durability. It has a sensing distance of up to 800mm and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 624 nm for detection. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it features a single digital output (NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.8ms / 0.0008 s.
