Q20NAF200Q7 Description
Banner Engineering Q20NAF200Q7 is an adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and features a background suppression system with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. The Q20 series sensor boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for challenging environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The rectangular-shaped sensor has a thermoplastic housing and a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, offering durability and clear signal transmission. It can detect objects within a sensing distance of 30mm to 200mm using visible red light at a wavelength of 632 nm. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and provides a single digital output (NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 2.8ms.
