MIAD9LVAG W/50 Description
Banner Engineering MIAD9LVAG W/50 is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. It comes pre-wired with a 50ft / 15m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy integration into existing systems. As part of the MIAD9 NAMUR series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 5Vdc to 15Vdc, with a nominal 12Vdc, and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens. It has a sensing distance range of 5cm to 2m and utilizes visible red light for detection. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a single digital output (NAMUR) and a quick response time of 5ms / 0.005 s.
