LX6ESR Description
Banner Engineering LX6ESR is a sensor array designed for short-range part-sensing, featuring a light screen/curtain cross-hatched array (emitter alone). It has a 143mm array length and is housed in aluminum with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. This rectangular sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc. The LX6ESR has dimensions of 190mm in height, 26mm in width, and 32mm in depth. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The sensing distance of the LX6ESR is between 100 and 200mm, and it can detect objects as small as 5.6mm.
