LX3R-801014 Banner Measurement Sensors

Banner Engineering LX3R-801014 is a sensor (Array) featuring a standard-range part-sensing light screen cross-hatched array, designed as a receiver alone. It is constructed with an aluminium housing and polycarbonate (PC) lens, complemented by die-cast zinc end caps, ensuring durability and stability. This model is rectangular in shape, with dimensions including a 67mm array length, a net height of 114mm, a net width of 26mm, and a net depth of 32mm. It is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy integration into various systems. The LX3R-801014 operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function effectively in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +70 degrees Celsius. It offers a sensing distance from 30cm to 2m and can detect objects as small as 9.5mm. This sensor is equipped with one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and features a rapid response time of 400μs / 0.0004 s. It operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes and is designed to meet IP65 standards for protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
