LTF24UC2LD Description

Banner Engineering LTF24UC2LD is a Class 2 laser photo-electric distance sensor/transmitter belonging to the LTF series. This sensor features a diffuse time-of-flight system with TEACH mode and emits a visible class 2 red laser with a wavelength of 660 nm. It is designed with a rectangular shape and constructed from a die-cast zinc alloy housing with an acrylic window. The sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connection. It offers protection functions against overload and short-circuit. The LTF24UC2LD operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C. It is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring its durability in various environments. The sensor provides 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc) and 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), capable of sensing distances from 5cm to 24m.
