LT3PU Description
Banner Engineering LT3PU is a Class 2 laser photo-electric distance sensor/transmitter belonging to the LT3 series. It features a diffuse time-of-flight system with TEACH mode and emits visible red light from a rectangular-shaped body made of ABS housing with an acrylic window. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for connectivity. It includes protection functions against short-circuits and operates within a supply voltage range of 12Vdc-24Vdc. The LT3PU has a wavelength of 658 nm and can function in ambient air temperatures up to +50°C. It is designed with an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, making it suitable for various environments. The sensor offers 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc) and 1 x digital output (PNP transistor), with a sensing distance range from 30cm to 5m.
