LE250U Description

Banner Engineering LE250U is a Class 2 laser displacement sensor/transmitter belonging to the LE series. It features a triangulation system with an LCD display and TEACH mode for easy setup. This sensor emits a visible class 2 red laser with a wavelength of 650 nm for displacement measurement. It is designed with a rectangular shape and constructed from a die-cast zinc alloy housing with an acrylic window. The LE250U is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connection. It offers protection functions against overload and short-circuit. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +55 °C. The LE250U is designed with a degree of protection rated at IP67 and NEMA 6, making it suitable for harsh environments. It features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc) and 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), with a sensing distance of 100...400mm.
