LE250DQ Description
Banner Engineering LE250DQ is a Class 2 laser displacement sensor within the LE series, designed with a triangulation system and an LCD display for easy configuration through TEACH mode. It emits a visible class 2 red laser with a wavelength of 650 nm for displacement measurement. The sensor is housed in a rectangular, die-cast zinc alloy body with an acrylic window, ensuring durability. It connects via a pre-equipped 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector and offers two digital outputs (PNP/NPN transistor). The LE250DQ operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C. It features a sensing distance of 100 to 400mm and is protected against overload and short-circuit issues. This sensor is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 and NEMA 6, indicating a high level of protection against dust and water ingress.
