LE250I Description
Banner Engineering LE250I is a Class 2 laser displacement sensor/transmitter belonging to the LE series, designed with a triangulation system and equipped with an LCD display for TEACH mode operation. It features a visible class 2 red laser with a wavelength of 650 nm for displacement measurement. The sensor is housed in a die-cast zinc alloy with an acrylic window, shaped in a rectangular form. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connectivity. The LE250I operates within a supply voltage range of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc as nominal. It offers protection functions against overload and short-circuit, ensuring its durability in various conditions. The sensor operates effectively within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 and NEMA 6, making it suitable for harsh environments. It features 1 x analog output (4-20mA) and 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), with a sensing distance range of 100 to 400mm, catering to a wide range of displacement sensing applications.
