EA5R900PIXMODSRLCQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R900PIXMODSRLCQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, belonging to the EZ-ARRAY series. It features an aluminium housing and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity options. It has an IP65 degree of protection, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor's dimensions include a 900mm array length, with a detectable object size range of 5-10mm. It offers a resolution of 5mm and a sensing distance between 30mm and 1.5m. This model is specifically designed as a short-range low-contrast measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone). It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The supply voltage requirement is 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. For communication, it utilizes the Modbus RTU RS-485 protocol. The sensor features 180 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch, facilitating precise detection and measurement.
