EA5R300PIXMODSRLCQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R300PIXMODSRLCQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, belonging to the EZ-ARRAY series, with a focus on short-range, low-contrast measuring. It features an aluminium housing and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor offers two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity options. It is equipped with a pre-equipped 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The sensor provides a sensing distance from 30mm to 1.5m and can detect objects sized between 5-10mm with a resolution of 5mm, thanks to its 300mm array length that includes 60 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol. The EA5R300PIXMODSRLCQ is IP65 rated, indicating a high degree of protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
