EA5R150PUXMODSRQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R150PUXMODSRQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, featuring an aluminium housing and operating within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It offers 2 analog outputs (0-10Vdc) and 2 digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity options. With an IP65 degree of protection, this sensor is built for durability in various environments. It has a 150mm array length, can detect objects sized between 5-10mm, and operates with a resolution of 5mm. The sensing distance ranges from 30mm to 1.5m, making it suitable for short-range measuring tasks. Part of the EZ-ARRAY series, it is specifically designed as a light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone). It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and supports a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). Communication is facilitated via the Modbus RTU RS-485 protocol, and the sensor features 30 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch for precise detection.
