EA5R150PUXMODSRLCQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R150PUXMODSRLCQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, belonging to the EZ-ARRAY series. It features an aluminium housing and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with two analog outputs (0-10Vdc) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity options. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is built to withstand harsh environments. The sensor has a 150mm array length and is capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm, thanks to its 5mm resolution. It offers a sensing distance ranging from 30mm to 1.5m and is characterized by its rectangular shape. This model is specifically designed as a short-range low-contrast measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone), featuring 30 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch. It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). Additionally, it supports the Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol for efficient data transmission.
