EA5R150PIXMODSRLCQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R150PIXMODSRLCQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, belonging to the EZ-ARRAY series. It features an aluminium housing and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), offering versatility in connectivity. It has a rectangular shape with dimensions specifying a 150mm array length and is capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm. The resolution of the sensor is 5mm, with a sensing distance ranging from 30mm to 1.5m. It functions as a short-range low-contrast measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone) and is pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The supply voltage required for operation is between 12Vdc and 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. For communication, it utilizes the Modbus RTU RS-485 protocol. The sensor is designed with a degree of protection rated at IP65 and features 30 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch, ensuring precise detection capabilities.
