EA5R1500XKQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R1500XKQ is a sensor designed for edge detection with a robust aluminium housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers two analog outputs (0-10Vdc) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile connectivity. This sensor, part of the EZ-ARRAY series, features a rectangular shape with dimensions including a 1500mm array length, capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm. It boasts a resolution of 5mm and a sensing distance ranging from 40cm to 4m. The EA5R1500XKQ is equipped with a pre-equipped 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). It supports the IO-Link communication protocol and is designed for measuring light curtain array edge/profile with a configuration of 300 beams and a 5mm beam spacing/pitch.
