EA5R1200PIXMODSRLCQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R1200PIXMODSRLCQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, belonging to the EZ-ARRAY series. It features an aluminium housing and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor offers two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity options. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is built to withstand challenging environments. The sensor has a rectangular shape, with dimensions including a 1200mm array length, and is capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm. It boasts a resolution of 5mm and a sensing distance ranging from 30mm to 1.5m. This model is specifically designed as a short-range low-contrast measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone). It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The EA5R1200PIXMODSRLCQ supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and features 240 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch for precise detection.
