EA5R1050PUXMODQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R1050PUXMODQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, belonging to the EZ-ARRAY series, with a rectangular shape and an aluminium housing. It features a 1050mm array length and is capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm within a sensing distance of 40cm to 4m. This sensor offers high resolution with 210 beams and a 5mm beam spacing/pitch. It provides two analog outputs (0-10Vdc) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile connectivity. The EA5R1050PUXMODQ operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It is pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and supports a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Additionally, it utilizes the Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol for efficient data transmission.
