DXM1500-B2R1 Banner I/O Modules

Banner Engineering DXM1500-B2R1 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers two analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), ensuring compatibility with various sensors and actuators. The device is protected to a degree of IP67, with dimensions of H93.9mm x W156mm x D94.6mm. It includes 8 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; PNP/NPN; 100mA) and 10 digital inputs, of which 2 are 12-30Vdc isolated inputs and 8 can function as either digital inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) or analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). This Modbus I/O controller is part of the DXM1500-B2 series and is designed with a 300MHz processing speed to handle high I/O count applications efficiently. Connection options include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, supporting a supply voltage range of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). It supports multiple communication protocols, including RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, and PROFINET. The device has a memory capacity of 16MB (on-board) and can be expanded with an 8GB SD card. It operates on a 900MHz ISM band 1W radio (PE5 performance radio; North America) with a maximum transmission distance of 9.6km at nominal emission power.
