DXM1000-B1R4 Description
Banner Engineering DXM1000-B1R4 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. The device dimensions are H59.5mm x W104mm x D94.6mm. It is equipped with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), and 4 digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also be used as 4 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). This Modbus I/O controller operates with a 300MHz processing speed, utilizing Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology and an M7 processor for efficient data aggregation of sensor and wireless networks. It includes a CAN bus, RJ45 connector for Ethernet, and an RP-SMA connector. The supply voltage requirement is 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). Communication protocols supported are RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, and PROFINET. The device has a memory capacity of 16MB (on-board) and supports an 8GB SD card. It operates on a 2.4GHz ISM band with a 65mW radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; worldwide), capable of a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power.
