PULS CT5.241 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing, designed for an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It features a net width of 40mm and dimensions of W40mm x H124mm x D117mm. The unit consumes 0.68A with a 480Vac input and 0.75A with a 400Vac input for a full 24Vdc output, with a peak inrush current of 10A at both 480Vac and 400Vac inputs. It boasts an efficiency of 0.9 at 480Vac input and 0.904 at 400Vac input. The CT5.241 offers a 75ms start-up delay and a rise time of 35-36ms under nominal input with a constant full current load and 0mF load capacitance, extending to 64-68ms with 5mF load capacitance. The output stage capacitance is 3800µF, and the electrical durability ranges from 72,000 to 526,000 hours depending on the operating conditions. The ripple is specified at 50mVpp (20Hz...20MHz; 50Ω). This AC/DC power supply unit/converter, part of the CT-series, is designed with a 20% power reserve and includes a DC-OK relay contact output. It features screw-clamp connections and accepts a wide range supply voltage of 323Vac-576Vac (2-phase input) with various shutdown voltages based on load conditions. The rated current is 6A at 24Vdc from -25 to +45°C and 3.75A at 24Vdc from -25 to +70°C, with a rated power of 120W. The output voltage is adjustable from 24Vdc to 28Vdc, with a hold time of 60ms at 480Vac input and 40ms at 400Vac input.
