787-712 Description
Wago 787-712 is a power supply unit featuring an Eco switch-mode AC/DC power supply unit (SMPS PSU) capable of both series and parallel operation. It accepts a supply voltage range of 90-373Vdc and 90-264Vac, including 110Vac, 120Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac, with a rated current of 2.5A and a rated power of 60W. The unit is designed for connection via CAGE-CLAMP spring connections and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. It operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -10°C to +70°C for operation and -25°C to +85°C for storage. The 787-712 features a control voltage (AC) with an F 2.5A / 250Vac internal fuse, ensuring constant power in the overload range of 1.15 to 1.4 times the nominal output current (Io nom) and includes protection mechanisms against short circuits, open circuits, with automatic restart capabilities. It is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail, with dimensions of H92mm x W50mm x D136mm, and supports a single-phase AC (1AC) or DC supply. The output voltage is adjustable between 22-28Vdc, with power dissipation/losses timed at 20ms for a 230Vac input, and it ensures an output error within 1%. The unit is designed to operate in environments with up to 95% relative humidity, without condensation, and has an output voltage ripple of 100mVpp.
