Wago 787-1631 is a classic switch-mode AC/DC power supply unit (SMPS PSU) featuring TopBoost, with capabilities for series and parallel operation. It operates with a supply voltage range of 120-300Vdc and an AC supply voltage of 85-264Vac, accommodating various inputs like 110Vac, 120Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac. The unit is designed for a rated current of 15A and a rated power of 180W. Connection is facilitated through CAGE-CLAMP spring connections. It is built to function within an ambient air temperature range for operation of -25°C to +70°C and for storage from -25°C to +85°C. The power supply unit includes a control voltage (AC) with a T 6.3A / 250Vac internal fuse and features constant current, short-circuit, open circuit protection, and a 1.1 x Io nom (typ.) current limitation function. It supports a single-phase AC (1AC) or DC input and offers a response time of 28ms for both 230Vac and 100Vac inputs. The device has an IP20 protection rating, a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 55 mm, and dimensions of H127mm x W55mm x D172mm. It is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail and operates with a power dissipation/loss of 0.93A at 240Vac and 2.05A at 100Vac. The output voltage ripple is specified at 35mVpp.
