753-425 WAGO Programmable Logic Controllers

Wago 753-425 is an I/O unit designed as a pluggable DC digital input slice module. It operates with a supply voltage of 5Vdc provided by the system and an adjustable supply voltage of 18-32.5Vdc for field sensing devices. This unit features push-in spring cage-clamp connections and is designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +55°C, with storage temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It supports a control voltage (DC) and utilizes an IP20 communication protocol. The rated insulation voltage (Ui) is 12 mm, and it includes short-circuit and wire-break protection. The unit's dimensions are H100mm x W12mm x D69.8mm, housed in polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6, and it is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail. It features 2 x digital inputs (NAMUR) for high-side switching and an output voltage (DC) for 2-wire connections with a 3ms filter. The digital inputs voltage ranges are ≤ 1.2mA (OFF) and ≥ 2.1Vdc (ON), with a current consumption of 5mA (5Vdc) and a secondary current supplied by the system. It is designed to withstand vibration resistance according to EN 60068-2-6 -- 4g and shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 --15g. The operating conditions allow for up to 95% relative humidity (RH), non-condensing.
