750-893 WAGO Programmable Logic Controllers

Wago 750-893 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a 32-bit processor and supports various protocols including HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP, and SNMP. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and can connect through 2 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus, along with cage-clamp 2-pin and 6-pin for system and field connections, respectively. This Gen.4 design unit does not operate on AC supply voltage and is designed for an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +55°C for operation and -25°C to +85°C for storage. It offers a communication speed of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s, housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing with dimensions of H100mm x W61.5mm x D71.9mm, suitable for DIN-35 rail mounting. The unit has an IP20 degree of protection, supports Ethernet/IP communication protocol, and has a net width of 61.5 mm. It features a vibration resistance according to EN 60068-2-6 of 4g and a shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 of 15g. The device can manage up to 250 connections per node and 64 field devices, with a network frequency supported by 32kB of non-volatile memory, 8MB of program memory, and 8MB of data memory. It includes a 500mA load capacity at 24Vdc nominal and 440mA at 5Vdc for system supply, with a maximum of 1700mA for system supply. The control circuit's programming capabilities include Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), and offers programming and configuration via WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3, WAGO-I/O-CHECK, and Web-Based Management. Additionally, it features an SD and SDHC card slot supporting up to 32GB for expanded memory options.
