750-882 WAGO Programmable Logic Controllers

Wago 750-882 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit designed for automation tasks. It supports various protocols including HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP, and SNMP, and operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. The unit features two RJ45 connectors for fieldbus connections, a 2-pin cage-clamp for the system, and a 6-pin cage-clamp for the field. It is designed with safe media redundancy and is a Gen.3 device. The CPU unit does not operate on AC supply voltage and is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0°C to +55°C, with storage temperatures from -25°C to +85°C. It supports communication speeds of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s, adheres to the IP20 protection standard, and has a net width of 61.5 mm. The housing is made from Polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6, and it can manage up to 250 connections per node and 64 field devices. The unit includes 32kB of non-volatile memory for software, 1024kB of program memory, and 512kB of data memory. It is resistant to vibrations up to 4g and shocks up to 15g, as per EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27 standards, respectively. The CPU unit has a current draw of 500mA at 24Vdc nominal load, 450mA at 5Vdc, and 1700mA for system supply. It supports various programming languages and environments, including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), and is compatible with WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3 and WAGO-I/O-CHECK for configuration. The unit is designed to operate at up to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing, and is powered by a 32-bit processor.
