Wago 750-8102 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a range of communication protocols including MQTT, DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP, FTPS, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SSH. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and supports connection through 2 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus, a 9-pin D-sub connector for serial port communication, and cage-clamp connections for both 2-pin system and 6-pin field connections. This unit does not operate on AC supply voltage and is designed for an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +55°C for operation and -25°C to +85°C for storage. It offers communication speeds of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s, adheres to an IP20 degree of protection, and utilizes Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, RS-232, and RS-485 communication protocols. The unit's dimensions are H100mm x W61.5mm x D71.9mm, housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing, and can connect to 250 x connections per node and 64 x field devices. It features a 256MB RAM, 256MB internal flash memory, 128kB non-volatile memory for software, 12MB distributed dynamically between program and data memory, and 128kB non-volatile memory for hardware. The PFC100 series CPU unit is vibration resistant up to 4g and shock resistant up to 15g according to EN 60068 standards, consumes 550mA at nominal load and up to 1700mA for system supply, and supports various programming environments and languages including IL, LD, FBD, CFC, ST, and SFC through e!COCKPIT, WAGO-I/O-CHECK, and Web-Based Management. It is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail, operates within a 95% relative humidity non-condensing environment, and is powered by a Cortex A8 600MHz processor with a Real-time Linux operating system. The unit also includes a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB.
