Turck WIM45-UNTL-LIU5X2-0.3-PSG4M is a sensor designed for position detection, featuring a rectangular body made from PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, for both its housing and sensing face. This sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuits (pulsed) and reverse polarity, ensuring its durability in various environments. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and offers an analog output (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc) with a 10-bit resolution for precise position measurement. The sensor is pre-wired with a 30cm / 12" pigtail cable that terminates with a 4-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupler nut male connector, facilitating easy installation. It has a low current consumption of 15mA when no load is present. The supply voltage required for operation is 5Vdc. This product falls under the WI...-UNTL series and is specifically designed as a Permaprox cylinder sensor, functioning as a magnetic field / cylinder position sensor, encapsulated in a design that offers an IP67 degree of protection against ingress.
