TBIP-L5-FDIO1-2IOL Turck I/O Modules

Turck TBIP-L5-FDIO1-2IOL is a remote I/O controller within the TBIP safety series, featuring a design that includes auxiliary power with 2 IO-Link master ports class A for Ethernet/IP and CIP safety. This safety digital block I/O module is encased in a fiberglass reinforced PA6-GF30 housing with stainless steel 303 screws. It offers connectivity through 8 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for safety I.O. ports, safety input ports, I.O. ports, and IO-Link ports, alongside 2 x 4-pin M12 female connectors for FIELDBUS and 2 x 5-pin 7/8" male and female connectors for voltage supply. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Designed for surface mounting, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and boasts a degree of protection rated at IP65, IP67, and IP69K. The module's dimensions are 60.4 mm in width, 230.4 mm in height, and 39 mm in depth. It supports Ethernet/IP and IO-Link communication protocols, with a speed of 10Mbps and 100Mbps. The module includes 2 x digital inputs (SIL3 fail-safe OSSD inputs), 2 x digital inputs (SIL3 fail-safe configurable channels, with 2 inputs configurable as 2DO fail-safe digital outputs), and 4 x digital inputs (PNP; universal channels, with 4 inputs configurable as 4DO digital outputs with a maximum of 500mA).
