SDNB-0404D-0002 Description
Turck SDNB-0404D-0002 is a remote I/O controller within the piconet series, designed with auxiliary power for DeviceNet. It functions as a Piconet stand-alone remote digital mixed input & output module. The unit is encased in a fiberglass reinforced housing with metal connectors, ensuring durability. It features 8 x 3-pin M8 female connectors for I/O ports, 1 x 5-pin M12 male connector for FIELDBUS, and 2 x 4-pin M8 connectors (male + female) for voltage supply. The supply voltage requirement is 20-29Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Designed for surface mounting, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The net dimensions are 30 mm in width, 175 mm in height, and 26.5 mm in depth. It supports the DeviceNet communication protocol at speeds of 125/250/500kbps. The module includes 4 x digital outputs (20-29Vdc / 500mA; short-circuit proof) and 4 x digital inputs (PNP / 20-29Vdc / 0.2ms input filter).
