Turck RU600U-EM30E-LIU2PN8X2T-H1151/3GD is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU600U series featuring a 15° sonic cone with a safety mounting clip that is ATEX and IECex compliant. It has an adjustable TEACH button for diffuse mode front sensing. The sensor is housed in 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel with a sensing face made from PET, PU, and Epoxy. It connects via a pre-equipped 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. Designed for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C, it offers an IP67 degree of protection. The M30 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel shape incorporates IO-Link communication protocol and has 1 x digital output (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) with a sensing distance of 600-6000mm. Its current consumption is 50mA with no load, and it features a maximum switching frequency of 1.6Hz. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with operating modes that are programmable as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). Additionally, it has 1 x analog output (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), with a thread size of M30, a transmission frequency of 75kHz / 0.075 MHz, and a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm. The control circuit is rated at 50mA / 0.05 A.
