Turck RU300U-EM30E-LIU2PN8X2T-H1151/3GD is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU300U series, featuring a 15° sonic cone with a safety mounting clip that is ATEX and IECex compliant. It has an adjustable TEACH button and operates in diffuse mode with front sensing. The sensor is housed in 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel with a sensing face made of PET, PU, and Epoxy. It connects via a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and requires a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, it offers IP67 protection. The sensor's shape is an M30 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, and it supports IO-Link communication protocol. It features 1 digital output (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), a sensing distance of 300-3000mm, and a maximum no-load current consumption of 50mA. The sensor operates at a frequency of 3.3Hz max. switching frequency, with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can be programmed to operate in NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, and offers 1 analog output (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc). The thread size is M30, with a transmission frequency of 120kHz / 0.12 MHz, and a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm. The control circuit is rated for a current of 50mA / 0.05 A.
