RI90P2-QR20-LU4X2-0.24-AMP01-3P Description
Turck RI90P2-QR20-LU4X2-0.24-AMP01-3P is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for measuring angular positions between 0° and +90°. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft design that is resistant to washdowns. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-wired with a 24cm pigtail terminated with a 3-pin connector for easy installation. It has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K, making it suitable for harsh environments. The supply voltage requirement is between 8Vdc and 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a plastic Ultem housing, and it features a 1/4" bore size. The sensor provides protection against short-circuits and reverse polarity, and it has one analog output ranging from 0.5Vdc to 4.5Vdc. With a resolution of ≤0.09° or 12-bit resolution and a sampling rate of 800Hz, it ensures precise measurements. The sensor also includes a green LED for visual position indication and power status, and it has a maximum current consumption of 100mA.
